Management Hunting ←
Management hunting consists of non-trophy and cull animals. The hunting may be done in the same manner as for trophy animal and can be as challenging if not more so than a trophy hunt. Non-trophy and cull animals will be designated ONLY by the Professional Hunter prior to being hunted.
Non-trophy animals are selected old, setback, abnormal, broken horn or tusk male or female specimens which can be exported. Government tax of 15% applies to non-exported animals that have been hunted.
Cull animals are selected old or immature male or female specimens for population management which may not be exported. Government tax of 15% applies to non-exported animals that have been hunted.
Although Namibian law states that a hunter may take only two animals of each species per year on a regular trophy hunting permit, irrespective of if the trophies are exported or not, a hunter may harvest more than two animals of each species on a management animal hunt.

Cheetah Hunting Package Includes

– Cheetah trophy fee ($4,000 will be credited/refunded if Cheetah is not taken)

Reservation and Payments ←
Hunt Specials Reservation and Payments
The safari reservation dates will only be confirmed once the 25% deposit of the full amount of the hunt special has been received by Ozondjahe Hunting Safaris. The non-refundable deposit (25% of the full amount), required to confirm the reservation dates, will be applied to the total cost of the safari. Payment of the deposit balance, the other 25% of the full amount, is due not later than 90 days prior to the commencement of the safari.
Prior to departure from Ozondjahe Hunting Safaris, client shall be required to pay the full amount due, in an acceptable form of payment, the remainder of the hunt special, trophy fees and all additional costs that have been incurred (any additional expense or service not defined by the company as included).

The non-refundable deposit (50% of the daily rates), required to confirm the reservation dates, will be applied to the total cost of the safari. Payment of the balance, the remaining 50% of the daily rates, is due not later than 90 days prior to the commencement of the safari.
Prior to departure from Ozondjahe Hunting Safaris, client shall be required to pay the full amount due, in an acceptable form of payment, for trophy fees and all additional costs that have been incurred (any additional expense or service not defined by the company as included).
Specials, Packages and Management Hunts
Ozondjahe Hunting Safaris regards only the following as acceptable forms of payment (in US$ or Euro): bank transfers that have been received prior to clients’ departure from Ozondjahe Hunting Safaris, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro) or cash. Personal checks, traveler’s checks and bank certified checks cannot be accepted as payment.
Wounded game which is not recovered is considered as hunted and is subject to payment of the listed trophy fee. Government tax of 15% is NOT applicable on exported trophies, however the government tax of 15% is applicable and payable by the client on wounded game not recovered and trophies/animals that are not exported from Namibia.
Animals not taken that are included in the hunting packages will be credited/refunded based on the regular trophy fee less discount if applicable.
By prior arrangement and at our discretion, substitution of animals that are included in the hunting packages may be able to be made and an additional charge may apply. Additional animals not included in the hunting packages may be able to be hunted and are subject to payment of our regular trophy fee.
All prices are in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Drink purchase, firearm rental, ammunition purchase, international phone calls and faxes will be subject to the government tax of 15%.
